How will i receive my recipes?

All recipes will be emailed to you via email as a pdf document. You can then either save down that document or print it off.
How long does it take to receive my Plan?

Our meal plan will be emailed to you within 3 hours of purchase or the next day if you are purchasing late at night.
Can i get a refund?

We do not offer refunds and suggest that if you are unhappy with what you have received please contact us and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
what if i don't like my recipes?

We suggest that you give every recipe a chance and if you dislike any of the ingredients swap them out for a similar alternative or try one of our other delicious recipes?
