Our story
I started this journey out of a simple desire to know what i should be eating to be able to build muscle in the gym. As many of you who regularly excercise know, working out is the easy part, but when it comes to knowing what to eat, we often have no idea. That's when i had the idea of creating myself something that tells me what i should be eating whilst still having the taste of all the rubbish foods we like to indulge in.
After countless hours of developing systems and creating those delicious recipes that have already been enjoyed by many people i am very proud to be able to start sharing them with all of you and hope to start improving peoples lives through better health.
Our mission
Although for now we are just two people selling some recipes and meal plans we hope to be able to build a community of people who are all trying to better their health and cannot only help us grow, but also yourselves. We are going to be continually creating new bundles of delicious recipes for all of you to try and hope for our meals to be being cooked by as many people as possible, and the best thing is, there is already something for everyone.

Behind the Scenes
You might be wondering how two people have been able make hundreds of recipes that can easily be adjusted and improved to sort your goals, let me give you a quick explanation.
Im sure many of you are aware of what excel is but dont know the things you can do with it. The limits are endless, and i have been able to prove through making a 500,000+ cell database which me and my team are now using to manipulate the numbers in a recipe to give you exactly what you need through using the Mifflin and St Jeor equation to calculate your BMR and from there we can use 5 different calculators i have made to give you exactly what you need in your recipes.
